Bilingual Greek and Swedish Customer Support Specialist (f/m), Malta

 

On behalf of a betting company based in Malta we are looking for a Bilingual Greek and Swedish Customer Support Specialist with excellent communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

 

-        Provide  & support customers with the best solution to their problems

-        Recognize when problems must be escalated to second line support

-        Be responsible for answering phone, email and chat queries from customers on daily basis

-        Help to create a development plan to enable growth within the company

The Candidates Profile:

-        Excellent verbal, written and typing communication skills in Greek and Swedish

-        A good level of education (‘A’ Level standard)

-        1 – 2 years of professional experience in customer service

-        Excellent communication skills

-        Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Internet applications

-        Able to work under time pressure and flexible hours
