We currently have a vacancy for a Project Manager fluent in English to offer his/her services as a specialist who will be based in Luxembourg. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at the customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

·         Coordination and prioritization between maintenance and project activities;

·         Control and validation of deliverables and services assuring quality and standards are all sides respected;

·         Provision of reporting regularly on planned, on-going and completed activities;

·         Preparation and provision of presentations;

·         Release management;

·         Project documentation;

·         Participation in support and maintenance activities of applications operating in the wider finance/banking sector.

Your skills:

·         University degree with minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT;

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience in development and/or business analysis on Counterparty and Credit Risk software, preferably using the Expected Loss concept as a credit risk measure;

·         Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an IT project manager for a team of at least 5 members, for both maintenance and development activities;

·         Working experience in analysis, design and testing using Java web application programming including EJB;

·         Hands on experience in Database programming using SQL and T-SQL on Sybase;

·         Proven experience in Microsoft Project;

·         Very good communication skills and ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings;

• Excellent command of English, both written and oral.

Your tasks:

• Design, Development and Customization of SharePoint 2007 and 2010;
• Contribute in planning and architecting solutions;
• Perform data migration tasks;
• Analyze test results and create deployment packages, guidelines and contribute in deployments to testing/production environments;
• Responsible for documentation and for providing technical support to users and business analysts.

Your skills:

• University degree with minimum 6 years experience in IT, OR non university degree with minimum 10 years experience in IT;
• Minimum 4 years of application development using SharePoint 2007 and 2010;
• Experience in migration/upgrade projects from MOSS 2007 to SharePoint 2010, including data migration;
• Excellent command of English and French, both written and oral.

Job tasks

• Maintenance and improvement of our existing PC software tools and user manuals.
• Programming of PC software tools according specifications and 3rd party libraries. Ensuring source code storage, versioning and documentation of all software tools.
• Providing programming samples for C-Executor and FOCAS2. Including the support of our affiliates and customers in the use of FOCAS2 library.
• Support of our affiliates and customer concerning functional requirements of software tools including the documentation of requirements and the proposal of new functional developments.

Requirements: 

• BSc in Informatics
• Sound experience in programming languages C/C++ and C#
• Knowledge of legacy and modern software development methods
• Strong knowledge of the usage of development tools
• Knowledge of OpenGL is a plus
• Knowledge of CNC, Industrial Controls and Industrial Networking is an asset.
• Team player who is able to work independently in a creative, flexible and pragmatically manner.
• Fluency in English
• Driving license
